It is an entirely new experience that brings together conversations, content, and the tools teams need to collaborate and achieve more together. As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll align customer pain points with a crisp vision, a focused roadmap, and measurable outcomes that bring simplicity to complex environments. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. (degree)
  • OR equivalent experience. (degree)
  • 5 years in a Principal-level role or equivalent. (degree)
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. (degree)
  • Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are very welcome. (degree)
  • Solid project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a track record of managing complex projects with many partners. (degree)
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from project inception to ship and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision. (degree)
  • Solid affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required. (degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical. (degree)
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas . (degree)
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. (degree)
  • OR equivalent experience. (degree)
  • 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). (degree)
  • 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). (degree)
  • 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). (degree)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. (degree)

  • 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). (degree)

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Microsoft to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas.
  • Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.
  • Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation.
  • Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope that is scalable for the diverse user needs and clients.
  • Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area.
  • Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.

Travel Requirements

3 days / week in-office
