We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead AI efforts within Teams Chats and Channels.In this role, you will create and release new user-facing experiences that help people collaborate and communicate with simplicity and ease. You will partner with designers, user researchers, engineers, and data scientists, to ship new features and capabilities. You will iterate on these experiences, design and run experiments, and talk directly with our customers as you develop our roadmap. We are looking for a creative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, with prior experience as a PM in AI, and a track record of creating healthy team culture, to join the Teams Messaging PM team. Responsibilities
Creating strategy, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution to bring new AI features and capabilities to customers.
Working with creative and technical peers to develop plans, prototypes, experiments, and specs.
Partnering with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.
Defining success metrics, designing and conducting A/B tests, and measuring and reporting the impact on OKRs
Contributing to a healthy and harmonious team culture.
Improving efficiency in a rapidly evolving environment.
