Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical programs that drive the development of high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets.
  • Collaborate with engineers from both Microsoft and customer teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure technical alignment of ISE activities with Microsoft's worldwide industry and product group strategies.
  • Nurture an engagement pipeline aligned with Microsoft's strategic goals.
  • Coach and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with Microsoft product teams, partners, and open-source communities to empower customers to do more with the cloud.
  • Embodies our culture and values.
