Job Description
At CoreAI, we empower developers and organizations to shape the future with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our Growth and Data Science team spans both Microsoft’s Developer Division and AI Foundry. We accelerate CoreAI’s mission by delivering insights, reporting, models, and tools that guide product strategy and unlock growth across our developer ecosystem. We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist - CoreAI with a track record of cross-team partnership, effective communication with engineering, executive leadership and sales, the ability to translate product questions into targeted data science investigations, and the ability to independently identify/execute/automate insightful analysis that improves Microsoft’s developer-focused AI suite and drives product growth. Responsibilities
- Supply executives with time-critical analyses that steers major investment decisions.
- Drive alignment across executives and diverse stakeholders through trusted partnerships, compelling analysis, and effective communication.
- Identify and prioritize high ROI data opportunities for your individual work and the broader team.
- Contribute actively to the infrastructure and culture needed to scale quantity and quality of data insights across CoreAI.
- Mentor other data scientists, engineers, and Product/Program Managers.
- Operationalize models and reporting.
- Leverage AI to accelerate workflows and amplify team productivity.
Travel Requirements
3 days / week in-office
