Responsibilities
- Forge strong partnerships and allyship through collaboration with all wings of the product team such as design, product management, and engineering – collaborating to plan the forward looking vision and sweating the details on the road to shipping with a high experience bar.
- Build and pitch concepts through prototypes and presentations to communicate product vision and get stakeholder feedback and funding.
- Create well-crafted experiences and translate them into high quality design spec that helps engineering convert vision into reality and ship a consumer grade experience.
- Champion consumer grade experiences, take pride in craftsmanship and be an example across the design and product team.
- Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 mobile design system that enables different design teams to work together more efficiently.
- Partner closely with multiple design teams across geos to make sure functionality and workflows across the app are seamless.
- Mentor junior designers in the team and help them develop their skills to keep pushing the bar higher for consumer grade experiences.
Travel Requirements
3 days / week in-office
