Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager on the Create team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering new AI-powered creation experiences in Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and other product managers to understand customer problems, identify opportunities, and launch innovative solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across Microsoft to align on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these AI-forward creation experiences. Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer and business needs, data, and feedback.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Communicate and present product vision, strategy, and roadmap to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Measure and evaluate product performance, user behavior, and customer satisfaction using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, data, and learnings.
