NGSP is a major redesign of SharePoint making it more intuitive, AI-powered, and scenario-driven. You’ll help shape how users Discover, Publish, and Build within SharePoint, influencing everything from site creation to intelligent content delivery.As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll lead human-centered strategy, set product direction, and integrate insights into product development. Responsibilities
Lead research that defines customer needs and informs product strategy across NGSP scenarios.
Apply mixed-methods research to uncover insights that drive design and engineering decisions.
Study user behavior across the funnel to understand adoption, churn, and engagement.
Guide cross-disciplinary research efforts, including stakeholder coaching and large-scale learning events.
Deliver clear, accessible insights that improve UX coherence and product outcomes.
