Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end commodity qualification processes, including intake, scheduling, prioritization, and execution across spares, sustaining, and NPI categories.
Drive process optimization and KPI measurement for qualification throughput, lab efficiency, and supplier engagement
Coordinate test run requests and ensure data accuracy in systems like ADO, Stack Rank, and Pipeline view
Lead gen-over-gen transition planning for Life Cycle Management (LCM) and ensure qualification supportability for evolving SKUs
Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, supply chain, engineering, and lab operations teams to align qualification protocols and timelines
