Role Overview

As a Mid-Level Logistics Assistant (Assistente de Logistica Pleno) at PepsiCo's facility in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, São Paulo, Brazil, you will directly support the Operations Coordinator. Your role focuses on enhancing safety culture, quality standards, process improvements, stock management, and operational results. You will plan and execute daily demands from supply planning, ensuring smooth shipping and receiving while guiding frontline teams. This full-time position offers a chance to impact logistics in the dynamic food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily contributions will drive operational excellence:

• Assist in improving safety, quality, processes, inventory management, and operational outcomes.
• Plan and fulfill daily shipping and receiving demands per supply planning analyses, overseeing frontline execution.
• Compile and deliver monthly managerial reports for the department.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality policies, including SOX procedures and audit documentation.
• Perform audits on BPA, BPS, PIT, and racks.
• Monitor order fulfillment, demand execution for loading and receiving, and product transfers.
• Control daily inventory, conduct weekly counts, enforce FIFO, and verify returns against records.
• Oversee proper unloading, storage, pallet CHEP movements, and maintenance needs.
• Prepare visual management materials and lead 5-minute daily meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek proactive professionals with:

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Strong skills in inventory control, process optimization, and team guidance.
• Familiarity with safety audits, FIFO principles, and SOX compliance.
