Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Partner strategically with Account Executives to articulate Datadog's complete value proposition, covering infrastructure monitoring, APM, log management, and security.
  • Deliver world-class demos showcasing Datadog's real-time dashboards, AI-powered alerts, and 450+ integrations.
  • Lead technical POCs proving ROI through custom Datadog implementations on customer environments.
  • Champion customer voices by relaying feature requests directly to product managers.
  • Onboard new customers ensuring smooth Datadog Agent deployments across hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
  • Solve creatively addressing unique technical challenges with Kubernetes monitoring, serverless observability, and synthetic testing.
  • Build competitive intel on tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, and Splunk to position Datadog superiority.
  • Travel regionally (up to 25%) for customer workshops and partner events across EMEA.
  • Mentor junior team members sharing DevOps best practices and sales engineering excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or systems administration with hands-on Linux/Windows experience.
