Officers from Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts Level-8 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

3 Years experience in the field of irrigation and water utilization or in surveys, investigation, design, maintenance of irrigation Projects or Works in the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories Administration or Government recognized Institute
