Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) at our Zwenkau site to ensure seamless operations in our state-of-the-art packaging production. This full-time, permanent role offers a chance to contribute to process optimization and equipment reliability in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on machines and production systems
• Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on production equipment
• Handle commissioning after machine modifications or upgrades
• Optimize process safety and efficiency
• Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and occupational health standards

Required Qualifications

• Completed technical apprenticeship in Electronics or Mechatronics
• Training as Electrical Technician highly desirable
• Relevant professional experience in industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of automation technology and PLC programming
• Basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Strong IT skills and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent German language proficiency
• Self-reliant, meticulous, and team-focused approach
