Then come and join our global team as the MI Application Specialist to drive the technical, clinical, and commercial success of the Nuclear Medicine portfolio.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will be educating on-site customers on Siemens Healthineers systems, including turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications, especially with molecular imaging systems.
You will be working on customer consulting and support in individual workflow improvements, including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
You will be professionally providing application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints, including error diagnosis, repair and trouble shooting.
You will be assisting with the PLM/CRM process, which includes gathering field insights into customer requirements, addressing issues, identifying known application errors, and providing troubleshooting support.
You will also provide sales support, e.g., product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies etc.
You will be working on on-site option sales which will help in generating leads for our business.
Provide technical expertise on the assigned Molecular Imaging portfolio, guiding the sales team and customers on effective usage and integration of Siemens Healthineers products.
Support install-based management, sustaining engineering activities, and resolution of product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
Your qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Radiography, Medical Physics, Medical Technology, or a related clinical/technical field.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advances in Molecular Imaging.
Hands-on experience with SPECT and/or PET imaging and solid knowledge of General Nuclear Medicine.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience demonstrating self-driven performance in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

Salary

Estimated Salary Rangemedium confidence

70,000 - 120,000 USD / yearly
