Role Overview

The Finance FP - MOSAIC Finance Analyst role in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is pivotal to PepsiCo's digital transformation strategy. MOSAIC is a global, integrated, predictive planning tool within the FP&A module of PepsiCo’s Global Template, already operational in Europe, AMESA, APAC, and North America, with rollout across all sectors. This position ensures MOSAIC's stability, enhancements, and programming using IBM Planning Analytics and Alteryx. You'll interact daily with end-users from PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA), and PepsiCo Foods Mexico (PMF), guiding planning activities and aligning the system with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As MOSAIC Finance Analyst, you'll drive efficiency in core planning processes. Key duties include:

• Supporting month-end closing, forecasts, and budgets through data collection, verification, processing, automation, and digitalization for timely GBS and Sector submissions.
• Partnering with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders like Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, and Control to deliver robust MOSAIC solutions across PBNA, PMF, and PFNA.
• Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MOSAIC, acting as the first line of defense for end-users, identifying issues, defining action plans, and ensuring resolutions or escalations.
• Delivering training sessions to diverse user groups from L8 to LG2 levels.
• Managing IT/consulting partners for fixes, system testing, and enhancements while maintaining tool stability and programming capabilities.
• Supporting code writing, modification, and testing for MOSAIC functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

PepsiCo seeks proactive analysts with strong technical and collaborative skills. Essential qualifications include:

• At least 2-3+ years in the Food & Beverage or CPG industry, or consulting.
• 3-5 years as a data analyst, business data analyst, BI specialist, or business architect.
• 100% proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint proficiency; nice-to-haves include MOSAIC, IBM Planning/TM1, SQL, SAP, HFM, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and data platforms like Azure Data Lake.
• Ability to build DDL constructs iteratively and script for system functionality.
