Maintenance Scheduler

Where will you work: - Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan.

About the role

The Maintenance Scheduler manages the Refinery Maintenance Schedule, collaborating with Co-Planners to build and refine the weekly schedule. They ensure visibility of priority-ready work, support Operations and Maintenance, and maintain key documents such as the Outage Calendar. Their responsibilities include multi-week scheduling, worklog reviews, major equipment outages, and annual turnarounds in coordination with key stakeholders

What will you do?

• Manage Weekly Schedules: Facilitate scheduling with T1–T4 meeting stakeholders. Review prior weeks’ maintenance schedules and promote rescheduling work to align with outages when applicable. Dispatch and freeze the weekly schedule.

• Coordinate Material Availability: Work with MMC to review material readiness, troubleshoot purchasing or other delays, and communicate any issues. Highlight work requires materials to the Stores group for kitting, ensuring planned materials are ready for maintainers.

• Review SAP Worklog: Collaborate with Area Coordinators, engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure forward dating, alignment with scheduled outages, and prioritization of critical activities.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Warehousing to enhance scheduling and kitting processes.

• Support Site and Mosaic Initiatives: Contribute to safety, production, specialty projects, and maintenance goals

What you’ll need:

• Post Secondary, bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Applied Certificate

• 3+ years related industrial experience.

• Plant Maintenance knowledge a plus

• SAP/Maximo experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
