• Must have experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multitask, stay organized and have 6 months to 1 Year of AP or AR.
• This position is Not a Remote position, candidates will be required to work in the office 8-5; or 9-6 after training.Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.Importing, exporting and manipulating data using primarily QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Excel – Intermediate User – V-Look-Ups and FormulasGenerating and submitting customer invoices on a daily basis using QuickBooks and other customer platforms.Maintain email folders for invoicing with all supporting documents, in accordance with standard procedures.Communicate daily with vendors to validate accounts receivable activitiesResearch vendor invoice disputesEffectively communicate with operations team regarding any additional needed expendituresContinuously improve internal processes and look for ways to strengthen productivityPreferred Qualifications Proficiency in Oracle is a PLUSin Microsoft Excel Prior accounts payable or accounts receivable experienceTarget Base Salary Range: $45,760 - $47,840 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
