• It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.Job DescriptionThe Billing Trainee reports to the Account Receivables Team Lead and is responsible for supporting Billing Team in daily tasks related to invoicing, raising manual invoices / credit memos and resolving all billing issues.
• Specifically the trainee will be:Raising manual invoicesRaising manual debit and credit memosGather supporting documentation for manual invoices, debit memos and credit memosWork with other billers and collections specialist on billing issuesWork with order management to resolve errors / issuesBasic RequirementsWe would like the new trainee to support us minimum 35 hours per week.
