• Must have experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• This position is responsible for assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents.
• This is not a collections or sales job, however you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field.
• Must have the ability to use multiple computer monitors, inbound/outbound calls and possess entry level data entry skills.
• This is solely an office position and not a remote position.
• Must be able to work full-time, M-F 8-5; 9-6 is available after the training periodSeeking candidate with strong computer skills and internet savvyExperience using Google Suite applicationsMust have strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)Must have reliable transportation to and from workCubicle office setting, working close with othersDesired SkillsGather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location softwareUse various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activitiesManage the repossession process for bank clientsWork closely with bank employeesProactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issuesExperience interacting with business clients via phone/emailStrong attention to detailTarget Base Salary Range: $45,760 USD + Bonus PlanConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
