  • Department OverviewThe Inside Sales organization is responsible for directly selling Motorola Solutions products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas via phone-based selling and other revenue-generating activities (i.e.
  • outbound calling, lead generation & follow-up, call campaigns, etc).
  • Simultaneously, this team is also responsible for indirectly impacting sales growth by providing comprehensive sales support that enables our direct sales teams to sell more, reach more customers, and drive new sales opportunities.
  • By providing a comprehensive sales support infrastructure, the Inside Sales & Support team reduces the amount of time spent on business that has already been sold, maximizes our market coverage and extends the reach of the Field teams they serve.Job DescriptionThe Inside Sales interns play a crucial role in supporting our inside sales group throughout the summer.
  • They will actively engage in outbound calling, email prospecting, and lead qualification, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
  • This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn about Motorola Solutions' diverse customer base and innovative product portfolio.​Sales Intern Responsibilities:Drive targeted promotion awareness to an identified set of customersParticipate in pre-determined outbound call campaignsEngage in lead qualification and follow up activitiesManage and resolve pricing and configuration issues on ordersQualifications:Strong individual contributor and team playerExcellent time management and prioritization skillsExcellent analytic, verbal and written communication skillsA self-motivator with solid organizational skills, & excellent interpersonal skillsA confident individual who is willing to assume responsibilityProficient computer skills with emphasis on Google based applicationsExperience using problem identification and objection resolution skillsKnowledge of Excel and Access, Adobe Professional, ability to write Macros is a plusTarget Hourly Base Salary Range: $20.70 - $24.10 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
