  • Department OverviewThe mission of the Federal Sales Operations Organization is to provide comprehensive sales support that complements the efforts of the Federal Sales Team.
  • We indirectly impact sales growth by enabling our sales team and channel partners to spend more time in front of customers, sell more and focus on driving new opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Records Retention & Reporting Coordinator plays a vital, dual role in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing essential data infrastructure for our Federal Sales Team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Organize, maintain, and store records in accordance with established policies and proceduresScan and upload documents to create digital recordsMaintain accurate records of file changes and accessProcess and digitally file incoming and outgoing correspondenceDevelop and implement records retention schedules and policiesEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements for record retentionManage the lifecycle of records, including creation, storage, retrieval, and destructionCompile and prepare reports on records management activitiesMay audit record-keeping practices and identify areas for improvementQualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree OR pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an anticipated graduation date during or before June 2026Experience: Demonstrated success in a role requiring high-level organization, process management, and strict attention to detailCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal business teamsTechnical Acumen: Demonstrated competency with office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite and Google Suite)Mindset: Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented with a strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamLegal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.Target Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
  • Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
