  • At Motorola Solutions, we are ushering in a new era in public safety and security.Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Sales Director, Access Control, this Regional Sales Manager acts as a primary contact for the respective VS&A CSE [Channel Sales Executive] team’s selling initiatives with end customers in the assigned territory.
  • This specialist proactively manages customer relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies in order to grow business and meet territory revenue goals.
  • Working alongside the VS&A CSE team, this specialist will drive access control revenue and be the internal ‘go-to’ expert in the access control marketplace.
  • Responsibilities:Develop new and grow existing business focused on MSI’s Access Control portfolio with existing and new end customersWork alongside the VS&A CSE Team and leadership to drive access control market share and revenue growthSupport Avigilon’s sales activities in the assigned territory and accounts by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for Avigilon’s Access Control products and servicesConduct joint sales calls, demos, walk throughs, attend local road shows, track sales activities and quote projectsWork with vertical marketing teams to identify end user engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and tradeshowsBecome the “go to” within internal teams to increase access control market share and revenueSales Forecasting as requiredMaintain CRM data for new and existing account developmentQualifications:4+ years of access control experiencePhysical security solutions sales experience a plusExperience working with channel strategies and initiativesStrong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutionsProven record of achieving sales results and developing collaborative relationshipsTeam player that thrives in a competitive environmentExcellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills,Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environmentFunctional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel/SheetsExceptional presentation skills requiredStrong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high levelAbility to travel weekly to territoryHaving an established client base in the assigned territory is a plusLocation & Travel Requirements:Candidates must be based in Territory.
  • Travel will be up to 75% of the timeTarget Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
  • Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
