  • Department OverviewInstitutional Sales Department – We sell Motorola Solutions' products and solutions to the institutional sector and government companies in Israel.
  • In addition, the unit is responsible for selling SCADA and IoT solutions to partners/customers across EMEA markets.Our main goal is to make the world a safer place.Job Description- Manage the end-to-end sales process of SCADA and IoT solutions in Israel and across EMEA;- Drive sales through local distributors/partners in European countries – manage relationships, provide;professional support and promote sales;- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing resellers /customer relationships;- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with resellers /customer;- Prepare price quotations, handle leads and follow through to closing deals;- Collaborate with internal R&D, engineering and marketing teams;- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings.Basic Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in SCADA systems and IoT;- Strong technical understanding in the fields of control, automation, and IoT;- Excellent personal and negotiation skills;- Knowledge of the SCADA and IoT markets, including competitors and market trends;- High-level English – speaking, reading, and writing;- Proven ability to manage sales processes with business partners in Israel and abroad;Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanNoCompanyMotorola Solutions Israel LimitedEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
