  • Department OverviewTetra Deployment and Customer Care team provides an interface between customer representative and engineering in terms of Dimetra Tier 3 technical support.
  • TDACC members supervise the process of maintaining customer reported issues from the point of escalation by the second line of support, till the solution is delivered back to the customerJob DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:Become the expert.

  • in other fields with work experience in IT/TelecommunicationsBackground in Telecommunications systems.Previous experience in Dimetra Systems will be a distinct advantage.
  • (cross-box and/or functional)Very good language skills in both spoken and written EnglishGood negotiation skills are an advantageHigh analytical skills, including technical root cause analysisAttention to detail and conscientiousnessDrivenSelf-motivatedCustomer advocacyKnowledge of any Dimetra part will be a distinct advantageKnowledge of the IMW system will be a distinct advantageFlexible in approach to changesIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
