• Department OverviewOperations/Supply Chain team that supports multiple sites within the MSI ecosystem.

• This role will support a North American customer base.Job DescriptionPlan material to Drive shipsets/sales orders to First Scheduled Ship Date (FSSD/on time delivery) while meeting customer request datesUnderstand revenue risks and be able to communicate risk & recovery actionsDevelop and Drive planning for material allocation decisionsProactively communicate any constraints to Supply Chain leadership and Sales for sales orders, large forecasted orders, general forecast and safety stocksPredict future delinquent backlog to identify actions to help drive improved FSSD performancePlan and ensure proper tradeoffs between ocean and air deliveriesUse data analytics to ensure efficient decision makingCollaborate with Supply Planning and Product teams to resolve issues for long lead-time, discontinued or problem productsAdditional Qualified Skills:Planning, Distribution Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation or similar operational experience or employment within MSI.Familiarity with Oracle ERP system and G-suite applications a plus.Availability to accommodate US working hoursTarget Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
