• We are building new products to increase the safety and efficiency of emergency response agencies, and ultimately to help our customers save lives.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLeading testing activities across Factory, Staging, and Production environments, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Establishing and managing test plans in collaboration with customers and deployment teams.Documenting test progress, creating test exit reports, and reviewing outcomes with customers.Managing and investigating test defects, ensuring accurate information is available to technical teams for resolution.Creating acceptance criteria and test cases based on requirements documentation.Supporting customers during key events, such as go-live, software upgrades, and system outages.Assisting service management teams in resolving software defects in live service.Basic RequirementsA formal qualification (Degree) in Computing Science or equivalent experienceProven experience in testing and deploying large, complex software solutions for Fire agencies.Strong understanding of software testing processes, including fault analysis and resolution.Familiarity with mobile product deployments including MDT solutions is highly desirable.Ability to create and implement test plans, manage test events, and document results.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, operational language.Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and multiple customers.In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
