• Ensuring consistent execution against the MSC code calendar processes.

• Providing quality process analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for Kaizen improvement activities and projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, AND, MID, Pivot Tables); SQL, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau experience is a plus.
• Core competencies: customer-focused mindset, effective collaboration, results-driven approach, action orientation, problem-solving, and proactivity.
• Strong oral and written communication in English and Japanese, with experience facilitating meetings and delivering strategic recommendations.
