  • Monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service levels and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Provide quality process analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for Kaizen improvement activities and projects.
  • Drive cross-functional discussions to research business needs and gather requirements for solving complex supply chain challenges.
