Position Overview

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

We seek a strategic, product-minded leader to drive excellence and adoption of data and AI products across Commercial Data Ops, Commercial Data Analytics, and Advanced Data Analytics. The role owns end-to-end product management (problem framing, requirements analysis, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, delivery management, value realization) and leads cross-functional change to ensure solutions are adopted and deliver measurable business impact.

Core Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define vision, value, and success metrics across data/AI products; translate business needs into use cases and user stories.
  • Build multi-quarter roadmaps; prioritize backlog by impact, feasibility, and risk; ensure iterative delivery and value realization.

Delivery Governance

  • Manage design-to-launch delivery with stable quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering/platform on release, monitoring, and incident response.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Execute change strategies (stakeholder mapping, communications, training, reinforcement).
  • Engage end users via pilots and feedback; clarify roles and decision rights; measure adoption and impact for continuous improvement.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and change managers; set goals, coach, and foster a culture of customer-centricity, professional excellence, and impact.
  • Build a community of practice within the COE; drive standards, templates, and best practices in data product management and change enablement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in data product management or commercial data analytics; proven delivery of data/AI product with hands-on experience preferred.
  • Strong product skills (discovery, requirements, roadmap, backlog, iterative delivery) and solid understanding of data engineering/analytics.
  • Change management experience for digital/data/AI solutions; stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving; strong collaboration and influence across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Finance, IT/Data, Legal/Compliance, leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal English; integrity, resilience, adaptability, and disciplined delivery under pressure.
  • Experience of CRM/Event would be a plus.

Success Measures:

  • Adoption and user satisfaction; time-to-value and business impact; data quality and model stability; team development and COE standards adoption.
