谈判,签定协议及执行

  • 与本区商业人员沟通协调,以确保产品在本区域的正常供应
  • 在区域内合理有效地分配资源及控制费用
  • 及时准确完成各项报表、报告

产品知识

  • 帮助提高团队成员的产品知识在日常工作中的运用能力
  • 了解竞争产品的相关知识及动态
  • 不断学习并提高相关医学知识水平

职业操守

  • 确保在销售和工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度,确保团队的行为符合

  • 保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准,言行举止符合公司要求
  • 具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入并起表率作用

团队管理和人员发展

  • 完成季度绩效评估及业绩分析,及时有针对性的辅导及培训下属,以取得更好的业绩

  • 招聘合适销售人员,建立人才资源储备系统
  • 确保离职人员按公司规定完成工作交接
  • 加强本部门及跨部门的沟通及合作

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in related field sales management experience (experience)
  • Associate degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy or related major (degree)
  • Familiar with relevant products and hospital market experience (experience)
  • Product knowledge, sales skills, regional management, coaching and developing subordinates (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead team to achieve company sales targets and increase market share of company products
  • Plan and organize market promotion activities based on specific district conditions
  • Execute and follow up on market promotion plans, collect and feedback market information timely
  • Visit hospitals, establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA supervisors for major customer selection, negotiation, agreement signing and execution
  • Communicate and coordinate with district commercial personnel to ensure normal product supply
  • Reasonably allocate resources and control expenses within the region
  • Enhance team members' product knowledge application, understand competitor products and stay updated
  • Strictly comply with company SOPs, financial systems, and ethical standards; maintain professional image
  • Build high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development and talent retention
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations, coaching, training; recruit sales personnel and manage talent pipeline
