Job Description

Estamos buscando un Gerente de Distrito de Vacunas, mercado privado altamente calificado y con experiencia para liderar nuestras actividades comerciales en el canal privado, gestionando relaciones con aseguradoras, centros de oncología, centros de vacunación, aseguradoras y HMOs, distribuidores y subdistribuidores. El candidato ideal tendrá un sólido conocimiento del sector farmacéutico y habilidades comprobadas en gestión de equipos, desarrollo de estrategias comerciales y análisis de resultados.

Responsabilidades Clave
Liderazgo Estratégico: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para el canal privado, alineadas con los objetivos generales de la empresa y enfocadas en maximizar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.
 

Gestión de Aseguradoras: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con aseguradoras, negociando acuerdos y términos que beneficien a la empresa y a nuestros clientes.

Supervisión del equipo: Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas y gestión de cuentas, asegurando el logro de los objetivos y el crecimiento profesional de los miembros del equipo.

Análisis de resultados: Monitorear y analizar el desempeño del canal privado, utilizando métricas de rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.

Colaboración interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con los departamentos de marketing, desarrollo de productos y cumplimiento para asegurar la ejecución efectiva de las estrategias comerciales.

Gestión del presupuesto: Desarrollar y gestionar el presupuesto del canal privado, garantizando una asignación eficiente de recursos para maximizar el retorno de la inversión.

Informes y presentaciones: Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño del canal privado y presentar hallazgos y recomendaciones a la alta dirección.


Requerimientos:

Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ciencias de la Salud o un campo relacionado.

Experiencia mínima: de 3 -7 años de experiencia como Gerente de Ventas, manejando equipos de alto rendimiento.

Experiencia en gestión de canales, preferiblemente en el sector farmacéutico o de la salud (preferiblemente experiencia en vacunas).
Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de relaciones con aseguradoras y en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales exitosas.

Habilidades :
Analíticas con capacidad para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones informadas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones efectivas en todos los niveles de la organización.
Experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Dominio de software CRM y del paquete Microsoft Office.
Habilidades financieras.

Inglés: Básico - Intermedio.
