Job Description
Customer: Vaccination Centers
Territory: Hai Phong (Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh)
Position Objective
The Key Account Activation Specialist (KAAS) is responsible for implementing the Company’s Medical & Marketing strategy within the vaccination center network by engaging HCP teams at the centers, optimizing field activities, and collaborating with Sales to create demand and support business objectives.
Reports to: Key Account Activation Manager
Role & Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders in the assigned territory:
Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, Counselors
Communicate unique selling points (USP), clinical evidence, and medical guidelines for the Company’s vaccine portfolio, supporting HCPs in improving consultation quality for parents/patients.
Coordinate and implement activities at vaccination centers:
IHP / HER programs
Seminars, training sessions, and on-site activations
Planned HCP/HCC activities
Drive marketing initiatives at vaccination centers, ensuring proper execution aligned with operational realities.
Execute Key Account plans:
Support achievement of territory sales-in targets
Assist in obtaining and maintaining center approvals for visits and events
Gather frontline insights (from HCPs, center operations, and parent feedback) and provide feedback to Medical & Marketing teams for tactical planning.
Desired Experience / Education / Skills
Licensed Pharmacist
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within multinational companies
Strong understanding of customer and business strategy
