Job Description

Key Account Manager

Own the end‑to‑end performance of Vaccines Portfolio within ESI institutions and its industrial catchment areas by:

(1) Creating clinical demand among prescribers and end‑users.

(2) Securing and expanding budget headroom by influencing Purchase Committee.

(3) Ensuring fast liquidation via robust demand Generation by awareness generation across industrial clusters from which ESI beneficiaries originate, in partnership with ESI officials and employer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

A) Demand Creation (Clinical & Scientific)

  • Drive scientific awareness and preference for our company's Vaccines with department heads, medical officers, and prescribers; deliver high‑quality, needs‑based detailing using approved scientific content and customer‑focused selling techniques.

  • Plan and execute HCP meetings, DAP for user departments & Consumer Awareness programs to widen user base and usage intensity within the institution.

  • Maintain current, approved promotional materials; execute an agreed coverage plan; capture interactions and follow‑ups in CRM.

B) Budget Headroom Creation (Access & Institutional Influence)

  • Map and engage institutional stakeholders e.g. HODs, Medical Superintendent, Purchase officers for favorable budget allocations for our product.

  • Creating awareness among ESI beneficiaries through industrial area outreach programs.

  • Engaging ESI hospitals, dispensaries, and decision-makers to secure inclusion and budget allocation.

  • Coordinating with company for smooth vaccine supply and liquidation.

C) ESI Ecosystem Outreach & Industrial Awareness

  • Build strong relationships with ESI Corporation stakeholders (Regional/State Directors, Medical Superintendents, Industrial Welfare Officers) and ESI hospitals/dispensaries to ensure availability and recommendation of our product.

  • Plan and execute educational sessions, health talks, and vaccination camps in industrial clusters to reach ESI‑insured beneficiaries and their families in coordination with HR/CSR teams of employers.

E) Data, Insights & Collaboration

  • Maintain an institution & ESI dashboard (coverage, conversion, dose uptake by department/cluster, stock days, expiries) and convert insights into monthly action plans.

  • Uphold company ethics, compliance, and scientific integrity in all interactions; represent organizational values consistently.
