主要职责

1、经销商管理:

Ø  深入洞察大区疫苗市场动态、竞争对手情况及客户等信息,制定大区业务规划和目标,带领团队协同合作伙伴智飞完成大区目标,实现业务的可持续增长。

Ø  与智飞区域管理团队紧密合作,共同制定管理机制,包括定期沟通机制、辖区管理机制、业务跟进机制等,确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地。

Ø  通过定期参与智飞月会/季度会、随访,评估经销商一线销售人员的基本能力,协助智飞区域总经理制定智飞团队专业能力提升和赋能计划,以支持辖区计划的落地执行。

 

2、客户管理和生态搭建

Ø  管理大区内有影响力的疾控领域专家,发展区域KOL及讲者,建立长期合作关系

Ø  助力疫苗生态体系的建立和完善,协同智飞在大区内优化渠道管理,确保供货通畅,完善和推广标准化的疫苗接种服务流程,推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系

Ø  协同跨部门推进在大区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地,推动校园及企业大客户接种,私立医院等创新渠道建设

3、人员管理:

Ø  以团队绩效为目标,提供对团队成员的辅导与反馈,帮助团队成员提升绩效,带领团队完成目标。

Ø  通过高质量的人才甄选和盘点,建立人才库,并针对不同人才制定相应的发展计划

Ø  结合团队要求和员工特点,制定和给予有效的团队激励,营造积极的团队氛围,打造良性的团队文化

4、合规管理:

-         确保工作过程严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。

-         确保团队和区域内合作伙伴的行为符合合规要求。

任职要求

1.     医药或营销相关专业本科学历以上,5年以上医药行业团队管理经验,理解疾控体系运作逻辑,疫苗行业经验优先;

2.     优秀的影响力,能够有效影响内外部关键决策者和客户,建立长期合作关系

3.     具有良好的业务分析能力,擅长业务诊断、策略制定和推动

4.     良好的团队管理能力,能够有效搭建、管理和激励团队

5.     主动担当,具有良好的学习能力和催化变革的能力

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical or marketing-related major (degree)
  • 5+ years of team management experience in the pharmaceutical industry (experience)
  • Understanding of disease control system operations logic; vaccine industry experience preferred (experience)
  • Excellent influence to effectively impact internal and external key decision-makers and clients (experience)
  • Strong business analysis skills, proficient in business diagnosis, strategy formulation, and execution (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Deeply analyze regional vaccine market dynamics, competitors, and customers; formulate regional business plans and goals; lead team to collaborate with partner Zhifei to achieve targets and sustainable growth
  • Closely collaborate with Zhifei's regional management team to establish management mechanisms including regular communication, territory management, and business follow-up to ensure goal alignment and execution
  • Participate in Zhifei's monthly/quarterly meetings and follow-ups to assess frontline sales capabilities; assist in developing professional capability enhancement plans for Zhifei team
  • Manage influential experts in disease control field; develop regional KOLs and speakers; establish long-term relationships
  • Build and perfect vaccine ecosystem; collaborate with Zhifei to optimize channel management, ensure smooth supply, standardize vaccination services, and promote online/offline booking and education systems
  • Coach team members for performance improvement; conduct talent selection and development planning; create incentives and positive team culture
  • Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, financial policies, and partner behaviors meet compliance standards
