Job Description

Este rol será responsable por organizar y ejecutar las actividades de promoción para la unidad de vacunas con el propósito de generar las prescripciones de los productos del portafolio asignado, detectando y cubriendo las necesidades de los profesionales de la salud relacionados a la estrategia así como del  personal  administrativos/logístico que facilite el acceso de nuestros productos en Instituciones  privadas y públicas ; además de brindar una imagen de servicio de todo el portafolio de nuestra organización, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por la Gerencia de Unidad de Negocio.

 

Principales Funciones

 

Ejecutar las pautas promocionales de la unidad de negocios a nivel de profesionales de la salud en centros privados y/o públicos de acuerdo con los lineamientos indicados por las Gerencias.

 

Gestión integral de cuentas claves asignadas para maximizar las oportunidades de nuestra unidad de negocios.

 

Elaborar y mantener el Kardex de profesionales de la salud de su territorio y cuentas asignadas, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, cantidad y eficacia establecidos por la empresa.

 

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPI’s establecidos por la subsidiaria.

Organizar actividades de educación continua para los profesionales de la salud de su Kardex asignado relevante a cada especialidad y alineado a las estrategias y prioridades del portafolio.

 

Analizar los indicadores de nuestros productos con relación a sus competidores relevantes con el fin de determinar y aplicar las acciones en pro del crecimiento y optimización de nuestro desempeño en términos de participación de mercado.

 

Identificar la ruta de los pacientes para cada producto del portafolio en las cuentas clave detectando aquellas necesidades que nos permitan desarrollar propuestas de valor que optimicen el acceso hacia nuestras marcas.

 

Formación Profesional:  Estudios Universitarios Completos

 

Conocimiento adicional: Experiencia en el manejo de productos de la línea

 

Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de Representantes de Ventas/Representante Médico en la Industria Farmacéutica en unidades de negocio de alta especialidad (indispensable).

 

Manejo de Software: Manejo de MS Office a nivel usuario

 

Idiomas: Inglés Básico/Intermedio
