Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end forecasting, distribution planning, and commercial analysis across a portfolio of brands and NPDs, working closely with PMs and DMs to set short- and long-term demand and week-to-week supply plans to distributors and warehouses. The role maintains NPD distribution plans, customer pipelines, and budget assumptions for projects through contract and launch gates; monitors customer, MNC, and regulatory changes; provides marketing intelligence and analytics to identify up-sell opportunities; and ensures commercial funds are used efficiently to deliver ROI and comply with company and alliance guidelines.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
Collaborate & set the customer demand forecast for short term & long term across a portfolio of brands & NPD in close alignment with PMs & DMs.
Provide accurate week to week forecast to manage the supply of stock to allocation distributor/warehoused to ensure optimal stock availability to meet demand & maximize business opportunities.
Responsible for establishing & managing/updating all NPD distribution & customer pipeline & budget assumptions activity for all projects going through contract & launch gate.
Provide analysis of Marketing Intelligence to ensure that management team are fully informed all the times.
Monitor & determine the impact of changes in customer strategy, MNCs strategy & Regulation.
Analyze data to identify up-sell opportunities.
Ensuring commercial fund used efficiently, driving the right ROI & complying with company & alliance funding guideline.
