Position Summary

As a Multi-Skill Operator (MSO) in the Bakken, you'll be based out of Watford City, ND, and perform hands-on responsibilities at remote well sites using a company-provided vehicle. Bakken Operations Overview

The Bakken spans western North Dakota into Canada, focusing on unconventional tight-oil development. Our operations emphasize efficiency, safety, and environmental stewardship in the basin's most prolific areas.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will keep production flowing safely and efficiently:

• Access remote locations to check wells, maintain operating levels, pressures, and flows on separation equipment, adjusting controls.
• Inspect gas/oil wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and piping for leaks or issues, taking corrective actions.
• Gauge tanks for crude oil and water sales/transfers.
• Operate and troubleshoot rental compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment.
• Maintain chemical injection rates, startup/shut-in wells.
• Enter production data into databases and verify accuracy.
• Conduct new facility walk-throughs, MOCs, and PSSRs.
• Handle regulatory tasks like agency testing, status changes, and facility numbering.
• Update P&IDs and site security diagrams.
• Respond to after-hours alarms when on call.
• Implement all safety, environmental, and company policies per the ConocoPhillips Management System.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current valid driver's license.
• 1+ years experience in mechanical skills: equipment use, maintenance, repair, inspections.
• Reside or relocate within 50-mile radius of Watford City, ND.
• Willing to work 7/7 rotations (nights), 12-hour shifts in temperature extremes, adverse weather; climb 24 feet, lift, stoop, etc.
