• Supporting Site Management and Quality Teams by processing inventory discrepancy transactions accurately on SAP, complete with necessary approvals.
• Maintaining daily communication with the Multipack Manager, Multipack Planner, and Site Production Planner on progress and changes.
• Executing stocktake procedures, tracking daily materials movements, and monitoring finished goods returns.
• Organizing dispatch of work-in-progress (WIP) and packaging directly from suppliers to the Multipack area.
• Managing daily materials movements and finished goods returns to support projected volumes, new product development, and sales displays.
