Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technology solutions, drive requirement discovery, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs. The role requires strong domain understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders Understand business processes, pain points, and define future-state solutions Create detailed documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Act as a product owner proxy, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requirements Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams for smooth execution Drive solution design discussions and validate functional feasibility Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with business users Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives Provide domain guidance to the delivery team Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery and deployment Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization Required Skills: Strong experience in Business Analysis for digital/CRM/data platforms (Salesforce preferred) Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams Good to Have: Domain experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Health/Life Sciences Cloud)
Must have Skills: Business Orientation (Expert), Requirements Elicitation Good To Have Skills : Salesforce Landscape,
