REQUIREMENTS: Total experience: 11+ years. Top consulting experience in areas such as renewables, energy transition, power trading, and plant operations. Strong understanding of SDLC, project management, estimations, and stakeholder management. Ability to craft customized proposals and solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational strengths. Consultative mindset to identify business problems, evaluate options, and propose optimal solutions. Strong research skills to analyze clients, industries, competitors, and emerging technologies. Conversant with emerging technology trends in AI, ML, cloud, digital platforms, and IoT. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives. Ability to lead diverse teams, set expectations, review deliverables, and manage escalations. Strong planning skills and commitment to timelines. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic and business consulting to global clients in the energy and utilities domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, AI/ML, cloud, UX) to design technology-enabled solutions. Lead proposals, bids, and workshops; coordinate with global business teams to craft impactful pitches. Act as business analyst/product owner in select engagements, ensuring business context is embedded in delivery. Conduct client workshops to assess challenges and design transformation roadmaps. Create domain-specific thought leadership content (articles, blogs, PoVs). Drive innovation and energy transition initiatives for clients. Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. & MBA from a Tier-1 college with relevant consulting/industry experience.
