Role Description
REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 11+ Years Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Work in shift till 1pm EST (11:30 am to 8:30 pm IST in summers , 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST in winters). RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with business goals and strategic priorities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog. Prioritize backlog items based on business value, effort, risk, and dependencies. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and refinement sessions. Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams. Clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove delivery roadblocks.
