We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end event delivery, coordinating logistics, overseeing vendors, and ensuring high-quality experiences that align with company objectives. Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, transportation, and accommodation Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts Prepare event timelines, agendas, and communication materials Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during events Handle on-site event management and troubleshoot issues promptly Collect feedback post-event and prepare reports for continuous improvement Maintain event calendars and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in event planning or coordination (3–5 years preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
