Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical, functional, and sales roles. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, able to work independently, and skilled at partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in influencing stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance, and align on hiring strategies and timelines. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Provide market insights, talent availability data, and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions. Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations. Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable regulations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting technical, functional, and sales roles. Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers. Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
