Ensure the communications with clients are, filling in the gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams. Translate business objectives into actionable strategies. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders. Understand evolving client needs and align delivery to exceed expectations. Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and transformation. Operational & Financial Oversight Help grow the P&L for assigned accounts. Co-own account risks, drive client communications.
