Role Description

The Graphic Specialist will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life through compelling visual designs for both digital and print platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals that align with brand identity and project goals. The ideal candidate is both imaginative and disciplined—able to think creatively while maintaining consistency, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with clients and the creative team. Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts using design software Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and creative director Prepare designs for publication or distribution Stay up to date on the latest design techniques and trends

At least 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital and print design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma Self-motivated, responsible and a strong team player Eager to learn and adapt to complex design challenges Should possess strong comprehension skills Is creative, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Amenable to work onsite, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday Nice to have skills: Experience in Adobe AfterEffects Knowledge in UI/UX
