Role Description

The position is limited to two years. First impressions count - you welcome our business partners, guests and employees with a smile. As an organizational talent, you ensure a smooth daily office routine and a positive working atmosphere. You live the service concept and enjoy working in a team. You contribute to various areas of responsibility such as event planning, health management, room planning & design, etc. You initiate projects on your own initiative to make the office even more professional and efficient. _____________________ Die Position ist auf zwei Jahre befristet. You have experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail and/or have completed a commercial apprenticeship. Experience in organizing events as well as knowledge of inventory, merchandise management and shipping would also be desirable. An independent, structured and conscientious way of working is in your nature. You have a first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people. You have a very good command of German and English and are adept at using MS Office applications. _____________________ Du hast Erfahrung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Einzelhandel und/oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
