Role - SAP IS Retail with MM Base Location - San Jose, CA Working Model - Remote with frequent travel to SFO Employment type - Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail – Procure to Pay Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process in an SAP Retail landscape, covering sourcing, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice verification, and integration to Finance. Key Responsibilities include: Design, configure, and support SAP IS Retail P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transport orders, goods receipts, returns, and invoice verification. Maintain and enhance master data related to vendors, materials/articles, purchasing info records, source lists, and pricing conditions for retail customers during the transformation/ greenfield projects. Lead or support full project lifecycle activities: Blueprinting, configuration, unit/integration/UAT testing, cut-over, go-live, and hyper care for P2P in SAP Retail. Exceptional soft skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer workshops and assessments. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with FI (AP), especially purchasing, inventory management, valuation, and GR/IR. Create process documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and work instructions for end-users.
Must have skills: 12 + years of overall experience in SAP. SAP IS-Retail (Expert), SAP MM (Expert) Good to have skills: SAP MM-PUR (Strong)
