Role Description

JOB SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects. This role ensures that projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The individual will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT/Development teams, and external vendors, driving the successful implementation, enhancement, and integration of business applications. Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, Development, IT, vendors) to ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation and contingency plans. Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with executives and stakeholders. Ensure deployments comply with security, compliance, and organizational standards. Facilitate testing, change management and coordinate go-live activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation support.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Development or IT infrastructure or cybersecurity projects. Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure & development teams transitions during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Solid understanding of IT operations, systems administration, and enterprise networking. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, DevOps). Certifications, Licenses, Registrations PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
