Role Description
Analysis, modelling and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry in the area of production & planning (PP, Supply Chain, Integrated Planning). Implementation of a complete project cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run). Design of discrete manufacturing-specific End-to-end scenarios with focus on Supply chain capabilities. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client. Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential. Deliver advisory services on how SAP technologies enable a modern and digital production planning function. Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions. Present effectively the solutions to the client and get their buy-in before moving into Implementation mode. Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations. Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit. Functional advisory and support of team members.
Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau). In-depth Knowledge of at least one SAP Module (PP with QM, PP/DS, IBP). Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects. Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects. Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members. Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams. Intercultural understanding is an important feature. Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements. Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German (C1).
