The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany. Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration options within the Employee Central module. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions. Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients and project stakeholders. Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices related to SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on the Employee Central module. In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project team members. Minimum of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification, professional certification desirable.
