Role Description

Als Solution Architect (m/f/d) bist du die zentrale fachliche Ansprechperson für die Lösungsarchitektur von SAP-SuccessFactors-Implementierungen bei unseren Kunden. Du analysierst verschiedene Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst darauf basierend ganzheitliche End-to-End-Prozesse für relevante SuccessFactors-Module. Du definierst Integrationsszenarien mit anderen Systemen (z. B. SAP S/4HANA). Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für die einzelnen Modulleads hinsichtlich integrativer Szenarien und koordinierst diese im Gesamtkontext der Lösungsarchitektur. Die Systemarchitektur präsentierst du souverän vor unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und schaffst Vertrauen in die Lösung und deren Umsetzung. In Workshops und Trainings gibst du dein Know-how weiter und machst Kunden wie Projektteams fit für den Erfolg. Zudem arbeitest du eng mit Modulleads, Beratern, Entwicklern und Projektmanagern zusammen, um reibungslose Implementierungen sicherzustellen.
Du hast bereits mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Lösungsarchitektur. Du verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis der SuccessFactors-Module und ihrer Integrationsmöglichkeiten – gerne auch mit Blick auf SAP S/4HANA oder SAP HCM.
